They gave me the best price, and I felt assured in advance they were a reputable Company. They did what they said and there were no surprises....well, except the snakes that were falling out of my walls, but even that they took in stride without being scared off the job. Well, they DID have to change crews the next day, but at least the Company did have guys willing to deal with snakes! Great company in every way...the work, the price, and the communication before, during and after the job.

They were very professional and neat. I highly recommend them! They used the appropriate and safest methods to remove the mold which was critical to us.

The service has not been completed yet. The project will be completed on Dec 7th. The knowledge and service throughout the proposal process was excellent. Expediant was very prompt and knowledgeable about our project. We ran into unplanned issues which resulted in more work and longer completion time, but Expediant did not charge additional cost. They delivered the project at the proposed price.

The inspector was courteous, on time and knowledgeable. He took his time with the inspection and explained in detail of his findings.

I was contacted promptly and the evaluator was extremely  thorough spending quite a bit of time assessing my issues. The installers arrived on time and were very helpful answering my questions and completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with Expediant from top to bottom.

Charles was very responsive to my questions. When it became evident that I could not do what I wanted to do, he had a good alternative. It was using ThermaPure heat and virtually baking my house, with the assurance that it wouldn't go up in smoke. The job that the two techs did was outstanding and thorough. Cleaned all the mold that covered my entire attic, rafter and tongue and groove sheathing. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after they finished. It was a pleasure working with these guys.
