The two man crew that showed up to "cook" our basement to abut 155 degrees was very easy to work with and took the time to go through the items I had left in the basement to identify any additional items I needed to remove prior to the treatment. Expediant Environmental is a very professional organization. We hired them for the thermapure mold remediation service. Our entire walk-in attic was affected by mold from ice damming over this heinous 2009-2010 winter season. The mold was extensive, intrusive, and affected our health greatly. Expediant presented the heat treatment option to us, provided information and research on the procedure, and answered all of our questions prior to remediation. The process was flawless.
