They gave me the best price and I felt assured in advance they were a reputable company. They did what they said and there were no surprises....well, except the snakes that were falling out of my walls, but even that they took in stride without being scared off the job. Well, they DID have to change crews the next day, but at least the Co. did have guys willing to deal with snakes! They were very professional and neat. I highly recommend them! They used the appropriate and safest methods to remove the mold which was critical to us.

The service has not been completed yet. The project will be completed on Dec 7th. The knowledge and service throughout the proposal process was excellent. Expediant was very prompt and knowledgeable about our project. We ran into unplanned issues which resulted in more work and longer completion time, but Expediant did not charge additional cost. They delivered the project at the proposed price.

The inspector was courteous, on time and knowledgeable. He took his time with the inspection and explained in detail of his findings.

I was contacted promptly and the evaluator was extremely  thorough spending quite a bit of time assessing my issues. The installers arrived on time and were very helpful answering my questions and completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with Expediant from top to bottom.
